Terms of Sales

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Usually we dispatch your order within 2-4 working days. We are committed to delivering your goods as promptly as possible. However, please allow up to 2-3 weeks (depends on distance and service by postal department) to receive goods once you've successfully placed the order online. For more details see Shipping Information. In order to contract with royal collections, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Royal Collections retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and membership number and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.

Shipping

Royal Collections is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday and Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through Speed Post. If there is no Speed Post service available in your area, we will ship your items via Registered post.

The shipping charge is only just Rs:80 for a single order. You can add any number of items in your order. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices. Normally Orders are dispatched next working day after the receipt of your payment. Most orders are delivered within 4 to 14 working days depending on your location. If you live in a remote place, it may take more time. If you don’t receive your items within 14 working days after the shipment, please contact us and let us know. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. We will not be responsible for any delivery issues due to incomplete / wrong address.

Returns

Returns are accepted if shipped back no later than 5 days after receipt. You may return the items for any reason within the stated period of time and same condition as it was while sent. Return costs are paid by Buyer unless there is a mistake from seller side or items were received not as described. In this case return costs are covered by us.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped.

Refund

For refund of payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, please get in touch with our Customer Care team. You can receive an instant refund in the form of a gift voucher after your order has been cancelled.
